Larissa Danielson is a fourth-year undergraduate studying Portuguese and Agricultural and Applied Economics. She grew up working on her family's dairy farm in rural Wisconsin during the school year, while spending her summers in Manaus, Brazil. This unique combination of experiences led her to develop an interest in land governance, deforestation, and commodity supply chains in the Brazilian Amazon. She is currently researching animal-level traceability systems. Outside of the lab, she can be found playing piano or boxing.
