Isaac was an undergraduate student majoring in Conservation Biology, Environmental Studies and Spanish at UW-Madison. He spent a semester studying Spanish and learning about local culture in Granada, Spain. Within the past few years, he researched the effects of glyphosate on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, as well as the effects of Black Walnut allelopathy on plant biodiversity. Isaac is passionate about conservation and finding ways to conduct sustainable agriculture within a broader effort to combat food insecurity and climate change. In his free time he enjoys exercising and spending time outside in any capacity, as well as cooking and exploring new things and places. With the GLUE lab, Isaac focused on collecting and organizing data that will be used to evaluate the environmental commitments of commodity agriculture companies operating in South America.
